BELL OF GOLLU

 A unique, rare, old fashion pepper from the town of Göllü, Turkey. This bell shaped pepper has thick bright red flesh with cracks on the surface, a sign of fully ripe pods. The pods have thick flesh, not as thick as bell pepper, but way sweeter and juicer. Even though the pods taste really sweet, they still have a trace of heat close to the vines. Not too hot to eat fresh or cook with. In contrast, the pepper is considered a great stuffing variety where not many seasonings needed. Short productive plant does well in containers.
 Peppers have always been one of the most popular vegetables in the home garden. Growing pepper plants is easy. Sweet bell peppers, and many hot peppers, are native to Central and North America.
